Leadership Team

Dom joined the company from JustGiving where he was CTO from 2003-2009, won the Sunday Times Best use of Technology award and changed the face of charitable giving in the UK. He has a background in customer-centric web and mobile software development, user experience design, social networking platforms, scalability planning, systems architecture and technology planning. Dom has led technology teams in the UK and US, designed and developed cloud-based SaaS web services for 10 million users.

Neil has a proven background in building long term relationships and delivering value to his end customers. Neil joined You at Work from employee benefits software provider ‘Staffcare’ where he held senior roles as Head of Delivery and Project Director working with major financial institutions and benefits specialists. Neil’s previous background working for ADP and Moss Bros Group, centered around delivering HR, Payroll and Benefits solutions into companies of all sizes on time and in budget whilst keeping them fully engaged in the process.

Sandra Heads up the Finance and HR Team. She has been with the company since it was founded. Sandra has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources, Payroll Management & Finance. Sandra began her career with Trust House Forte where she managed the Telesales Team, she was then promoted to Regional Account Executive where she managed key London Clients. Sandra set up and managed the finance team of a Fitness training organisation, before moving to YouatWork to manage the Payroll, HR & Finance Teams.
