From wellbeing to welldoing – introducing our latest collaboration 🤝
The last three years have been tough for everyone. From the pandemic to the cost of living crisis, employee stress levels have been pushed to the limit.
With the theme of April’s Stress Awareness Month being ‘self-care’ we are pleased to announce a new collaboration with welldoing.org, a therapy and coach matching service. It’s a way for employees to help themselves in times of crisis, or when they need some extra coaching or just to talk with someone outside of their usual circle.
Welldoing offers a huge diversity of professional help with more than 1000 professional practitioner members based across the UK covering a wide range of therapy types and professional accreditations, specialist focus areas, ways of working, price ranges, locations and even languages (at last count 40+ professional associations and 49 different languages).
We’ll also be sharing specially commissioned, insightful articles for employers to give to their employees. Subjects will range from “Spotting the signs a colleague may need help” to “How to stay on top of your mental wellbeing when your financial wellbeing is under stress”.
With wellbeing so high on the corporate agenda we hope that this will prove to be an invaluable benefit for our clients.
