Through our #makeyourpaygofurther campaign, we are making it our personal mission to give our clients as much help as possible to help them better promote their Benefit Platforms during this cost of living crisis.
You at Work are arming their clients with a range of material including posters, email banners and guides personalised for their business (including a QR code to direct people to the platform via their mobile device). All designed to help people understand how to make the most of savings on their platform.
Offset costs
“We want to encourage employees to use the tools that are at their fingertips to offset some of the cost of living price increases. In fact, at You at Work we are all trying to offset our own energy bill increases by looking at our portal before we spend, and we are making some great savings!” says Alicia Aldis, Operation Director at You at Work
Don’t miss out on savings
You at Work will be promoting savings tips all year, specifically targeted as easy wins. For example, a £16 a month saving from buying a Tesco’s e-gift card on payday. By not doing this regularly, one of the You at Work team has missed out on over £1000 during his time with You at Work!
Join in the campaign
Neil Bowen, Business Development Director at You at Work. says: “You may have noticed on social media, a new hashtag #makeyourpaygofurther. You at Work created this, not only for us and our clients, but for the entire EB Market to promote the offsetting of increased bills. We want to encourage everyone to like and support it as our driver isn’t just in our own interests, but for ANY UK business that has ANY Employee Benefits platform that might be under promoted or where employees might not have engaged with it.
Employers may not be able to afford a payrise but making employees aware of how they can save on their discount portal will go some way to helping them beat the rising cost of living.
You at Work are asking the whole industry to join them in helping everyone to #makeyourpaygofurther.
